Cheese Buns and Wrapped Hot dog- Keto, Gluten Free

Ingredients
4 Tbsp butter (if you use salted butter only use 1/8 tsp salt)
2 Tbsp cream cheese
3 eggs
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp grated cheddar cheese
6 hot dogs if you are making wrapped hot dogs
Instructions
1. In a bowl combine 1/4 cup of room temp butter, 2 Tbsp room temp cream cheese
2. Add 3 room temp eggs, combine well
3. Add 1/3 cup coconut flour, 1/2 tsp xanthan gum, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/4 tsp salt. mix well.
4. Add 1/2 cup of grated chedder cheese and let sit for 15 mins.
for buns
1.scoop of spoon 2 Tbsp of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet, top the buns with the remaining grated cheddar cheese
2.Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 mins
for wrapped hot dogs
1. Lay plastic wrap down and place 4 tbsp of dough on top. Place another piece of plastic wrap on top and flatten into a rectangle. remove the top plastic
2. Lay a dog dog on top of the dough and wrap the dough around the hot dog.
3. Place the wrapped dogs onto a parchment lined baking sheet
4. Top with the remainder of the cheddar cheese
5. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 mins
