Gluten and Dairy Free Stuffing Recipe

Ingredients
2 ½ cups cubed gluten free bread (I used my bread recipe, link below)
1 egg
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup chopped onion
2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp ground sage
¼ tsp dried marjoram
¼ tsp salt (if you want a saltier dressing like “stove top” use ½ tsp)
1 ¼ cup chicken or turkey broth/stock
Instructions
1. In a pan add 1 tsp oil, add in the celery and onions and cook until they are soft and the onions are slightly brown.
2. Add the egg to a bowl and stir, add the garlic, parsley, sage, marjoram and salt. Mix well
3. Add the stock, stir until combined.
4. Add the cubed bread. I used my bread recipe, you can use store bought if you wish.
5. Gently stir and pour into a baking dish.
6. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for approx. 40 mins.
