This is not an exact recipe, it will work if the measurements are not 100% correct. If you don't have a scale that's fine, this is something that eyeballing will work.

Ingredients:

40 g of dried Irish sea moss (approx. 1 hand full)

1 cup frozen strawberries/115g

1 cup frozen mango/165g

1 cup spring water

2 tbsp of honey or sweetener of choice, sweeten to your liking

water for rinsing and soaking

Directions:

1) measure out 40g of dried Irish Sea moss, rinse the moss in spring water 3 times

2) place the sea moss in a container and cover with water, cover the container and let sit for 17-24 hours at room temperature.

3)after the sea moss is hydrated, defrost the strawberries and mangos

4)blend together the fruit and 1 cup of water. Add the sea moss and the sweetener. Blend until smooth.

5) place in a container with a lid and put in the fridge until thick, approx. 8 hours.

6)take about 1 tbsp a day, put the amount you would eat in a week in the fridge and freeze the rest in weekly portions.
