Keto Brownies

Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener (I used Lakanto)
2 room temp eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3 Tbsp coconut flour
1 Tbsp psyllium husk
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Add 8 -10 Tbsp of warm or room temp water

Instructions
1. In a bowl combine 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener, 2 room temp eggs, 1/2 tsp vanilla.
2.Add 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 3 Tbsp coconut flour , 3 Tbsp psyllium husk, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt. Mix well.
3. Gradually add 8-10 Tbsp of warm or room temp water, mix well.
4. Pour into a 9x9" pan, smooth out the top
5. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 15-20 mins
6. Let cool completely before cutting.
