Keto Buns- Paleo, Gluten Free

Ingredients
3 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
up to 1 up warm water
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp ground chia seeds
4 tbsp psyllium husk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp yeast

Instructions
1. Add 1 tsp of yeast to 1/4 cup of warm water, let sit for 10 mins
2. In a bowl combine 3 eggs, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, 1/2 cup warm water
3. Add 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1 tbsp ground chia seeds, 4 tbsp psyllium husk, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well and then add the yeast mixture.
4. You can add up to 1/4 cup of water if it feels to dry.
5. Divide into 6 round buns, flatten them if you are using for hamburger buns.
6. Smooth out the tops, cover with a kitchen towel and let sit in a warm are for 30 mins.
7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 mins
8. Let cool before cutting them.
