Keto Cheesecake Brownie

Ingredients
Cheesecake batter
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 room temp egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp granulated monk fruit sweetener

Brownie batter
2 eggs
1/4 cup granulated monk fruit sweetener
6 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 oz melted unsweetened baking chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp water

Directions
1. In a bowl combine the cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
2. In another bowl combine, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener, 6 tbsp melted butter
3. Add 1/4 cup coconut flour,1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 oz melted unsweetened baking chocolate, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 Tbsp water. mix well
4. Pour the brownie batter into a 9" x 9" baking pan. Pour the cheesecake butter on top and swirl the batters together.
5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for aprox 25-30 mins
6. Let cool completely and cut into squares.
