Pizza- Keto, Gluten Free

Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp psyllium husk
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp instant yeast
1/2 cup water, add up to 2 Tbsp of water if needed

sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp salt
water

any toppings you want

Instructions
1. In a bowl combine 1/4 cup coconut flour, 1/2 tsp xanthan gum, 1 tsp psyllium husk,1/8 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp instant yeast
2. Add 1/2 cup of water, stir. Add up to 2 Tbsp more water if needed
3. Put the dough on a parchment lined pizza pan. Cover with plastic wrap and spread/roll out the dough to the size of the pan. Pull the plastic wrap off.
4. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 mins, Flip the crust over and bake another 5 mins.
5. Make pizza sauce, combine 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1/8 tsp of the following; onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt. Add water until you get your desired consistency.
6.Add the sauce ontop of the crust.
7. Add Cheese and any other toppings you want.
8. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 mins or until the cheese is melted
