Soft Gluten and Diary Free Bread

Ingredients

1 cup water
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp instant yeast
3 eggs
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup psyllium husk
1/2 cup corn starch
1/4 cup tapioca starch
1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

1. Combine all the wet ingredients
2.Combine all the dry ingredients
3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, combine well.
4. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, scoop the batter into the pan and smooth out the top.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm area for 45-60mins or until doubled in size.
6. Remove plastic wrap and bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for approx. 45 mins.
7. Let cool before cutting.
