Spinach Dip- Keto Option

Ingredients
2 cups cream cheese
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp grated onion
thawed and squeezed 300g package of spinach
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup milk (use water to make it low carb/keto)
salt and pepper
Directions
1. In a bowl combine 2 cups softened cream cheese, 1 grated clove of garlic, 1 tbsp grated onion,
2. Squeeze the liquid of a thawed package of spinach (300g). Add to the cream cheese mixture.
3. Add 1 and 3/4 cups of grated mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of milk (you can use water to make it keto/low carb) and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Scoop the mixture into an oven save container, top with 1/4 cup of cheese and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 mins or until the cheese has melted on top.
