Sugar and Grain Free Banana Bread

This recipe can be made paleo by using coconut oil instead of butter

Ingredients


3 bananas
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp psyllium husk
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
7 to 9 Tbsp of water

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine the melted butter bananas, mash the bananas

  2. Add the 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla. mix well

  3. Add 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1 tbsp psyllium husk, 3/4 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. mix well
    4.add 7-9 tbsp of water

  4. pour batter into a parchment lined small loaf pan or make a large loaf pan smaller with crumbled up aluminum foil under the parchment

  5. bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for aprox 40 mins
