Sugar Free Iced Coffee, Keto and Paleo Option

Ingredients
1/4 cup ground coffee
water
1 tsp sugar free syrup or a few drops of stevia
1 Tbsp whipping cream or dairy free milk
ice

Instructions
1.You will need a container/jug/jar that is aprox 1 L in volume.
2.Add 1/4 cup of ground coffee to the container
2.Add water to fill the container. Let sit in the fridge for 24 hours.
3. Filter enough coffee for your glass, I used a pour over coffee maker but you can use any fine mesh strainer. A French press would work as well.
4. Add ice to a glass
5 Add aprox 1 tsp of sugar free syrup or 1-3 drops of stevia. You can always add more if you like it sweeter.
6. Pour in the iced cofee then aprox 1 tbsp of heavy whipping cream. You can use coconut or a nut milk if you want it to be paleo or diary free
7. Enjoy!

I like to use Sebastiano's or Skinny syrups sugar free syrups, Now Better Stevia flavored stevia and I like most unflavoured stevia drops.
